By placing an order on HimWaasi you agree to the following.

Orders & pricing

• Prices are in INR and inclusive of all taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We may cancel and refund any order affected by a pricing error, stock shortage or unreachable pin code.
• Bulk and gifting orders above 20 units are confirmed personally before dispatch.

Food & shelf life

• All products are 100% vegetarian unless marked non-veg (e.g. Mutton Achar).
• Best-before and storage guidance is printed on every pack — natural foods without preservatives deserve that extra care.
• Look for the FSSAI licence number printed on every HimWaasi pack.

Content & liability

• Product stories, valley names and family references are shared with consent to honour our producer partners.
• Traditional usage notes are cultural information, not medical advice. If pregnant, nursing, or under treatment, consult your doctor before consuming herbal products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction at the courts of Himachal Pradesh.
